Central City Brewmaster's Dinner

Central City Brewing and the Alibi Room have come together to create a dining experience you will never forget.

Red Racer Pale Ale will get the evening started, cleansing the pallet for the marathon of flavour that is to come.

Next is the official launch of Gary Lohin's latest seasonal, an Imperial IPA, followed by a chipolte infused Maibock, a cask of espresso/chocolate/oatmeal stout, and finally, a special release of the 2008 Thor's Hammer barley wine.

All of these beers are EXCLUSIVE to this Central City Brewmasters Dinner!

Five beers, four exclusive to the event, four expertly paired dinner courses by the Alibi's Chef Greg Armstrong, with local beer legends Nigel Springthorpe and Gary Lohin in attendance to talk all things hops and barley? Those who have experienced an Alibi Room beer dinner before know this is an event not to be missed. Buy your ticket today!

NOTE: the Alibi Room will also open the doors after 9:30 pm for regular service to allow everyone a chance to come try some of the new beers.

Tickets Available: 50

Ticket Cost: $75 including tax and gratuity
